As the keepsake items are custom made and irreversible we are unable to make returns.

Your keepsake(s) are made out of care and love from your precious clothing, please be mindful they are unable to be CE tested.

This means all our keepsake items are strictly for display purposes only and NOT to be used as toys/play. They should NOT be left alone with someone under the age of 14.

Please make sure to write your name and address so we can keep track of whose parcel is whose.

If you wish to make a note of any favourites you definitely like on your blanket or details you wish to be added please feel free to do so.

Yes! We will keep you up to date as we go along, we will also send you a photo of a draft of the keepsake blanket to ensure you are completely satisfied before we go ahead and start sewing.

The most vital parts of the clothing are used in your keepsake blanket such as slogans, patterns and frills.

Whatever we don’t use will not be kept unless you request otherwise.

Please let us know if you wish to keep the left over material and we will send it back to yourself with your keepsake item.

If we haven’t used a piece of clothing this will be returned back to yourself.

If purchasing through Etsy items need to be sent in no later then 2 weeks after purchase. Delays may result in cancellation.

If purchased through our website or through social media there are no deadlines to send your items, it can be as soon as you purchase your keepsake item or even a year after.

Anything from grows to dresses we can work with! Please however do NOT send in hand knitted or hard denim items as we unfortunately can’t work with these. If we do receive anything we can’t work with we will return the item(s) back to yourself.

As for sizing we can use almost all sizing, however we can not use premature items as they are so small.

We recommend to wash your blanket on a wool/delicate setting with cool water. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

Yes feel free to send these in! There are no extra charges to have these items sewn on. We can sew any item from bibs, premature little vests and even little socks.

Please be mindful we cannot sew with hand knitted or hard denim items.
